Hey, I’m Naomi
I'm a Telehealth relational therapist who wants to support you in the untangling of your past to enhance your present relationship with yourself and others.
My Approach
Collaborative & Relational
The cornerstone of my approach is connection and human-to-human collaboration. I believe that you are the ultimate expert of your life and I am here to facilitate the space, skills, and support you may have not had. I’ll help you to become more compassionate to the parts of yourself that you may struggle to accept.
Humor & Humanness
No blank slate here, and no performance required either. Therapy can feel intimidating, in this space, genuine expression and connection is prioritized. Your complex humanness, humor, and authenticity are welcomed and wanted here.
Systemic & Holistic
I aim to see you holistically and systemically, noticing how your experiences, relationships, and identities interconnect and not only shape your world but how they are impacted by our world.
The heart Behind Bear & Bramble
Bramble is a wild growing thicket that snags, is often difficult to navigate through, and becomes entangled and rooted together. This can be symbolic of our past, whether that be relationships, traumas, or experiences that we have not yet shared the truth of. You may feel stuck, thoughts of, “this continues to come back, why am I still here? Still hurting?” You may have had to pull yourself out of dark places throughout your life. My hope is for this space to be where you can tell the truth about your experiences, possibly for the first time. Let’s bare witness to it, together, at your pace.
